It has been refreshing to find a real travel agent again! Until I experienced Nicole’s services I wondered if great travel agents were a thing of the past. Nicole takes all the guess work out of vacation planning and continues to be of service until you return back home. Planning a group vacation? Nicole is amazing. I recently utilized her services for my 50th birthday celebration in Montego Bay Jamaica. My guest list was 30 people and believe me everything from the booking to paying to resort and transfers were excellent. I was able to reach Nicole via the Trip Plans app to communicate when I left the country regarding delays/cancellations as well. I highly recommend her services if you are planning a trip. This was my second time utilizing Dream Vacations.
